Exceptional Revision of Electoral Lists (12–26 April 2026)
The Embassy of Algeria in Lusaka informs all members of the Algerian community in the Republic of Zambia that the exceptional revision period of the electoral lists is open from Sunday, 12 April to Sunday, 26 April 2026, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 26-145 dated 4 April 2026, calling the electorate to elect Members of the National People’s Assembly on Thursday, 2 July 2026, and in accordance with the provisions of ordinance No. 21-01 dated 10 March 2021, relating to the Organic Law on the Electoral System, as amended and supplemented, in particular, by Articles 62 and 65 thereof.
For this purpose, The Embassy calls upon all Algerian citizens to contact the Algeria Embassy in Lusaka to register in the Electoral List.
