Algeria makes African cooperation constant of foreign, development policy

The Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, affirmed on Tuesday, in Algiers, that Algeria has made African cooperation one of the constants of its foreign and development policy, and a strategic choice carried by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
