COMMUNIQUE

On August 20, 2024, the Algerian Embassy in Lusaka commemorated National Mujahid Day, marking the 78th anniversary of the Soumam Congress and the 79th anniversary of the North Constantine attacks.

During the event, the Ambassador delivered a speech while addressing the Embassy staff and several Algerian nationals residing in the host country, reflecting on the sacrifices made by the heroic freedom fighters (Chouhada and Mujahideen). The ceremony included the raising of the national flag and the intonation of the national anthem. The event was concluded with a friendly reception.
